Please read before initiating an order.

Commissions are currently done through Ko-Fi.

GENERAL

• Must be 18+ to make an order.
• Orders are made through Ko-Fi, VGen, or PayPal Invoice ONLY.
You are purchasing a DIGITAL PRODUCT only, unless otherwise discussed and paid for.
• Please allow between 1-2 months for completion.
• I have the right to decline any request if I feel necessary.
• Orders are for PERSONAL USE ONLY unless commercial rights are also purchased.

PAYMENT

• All prices are in USD.
• Prices are a starting point for each order. Additional fees including and not limited to complexity fees and/or commercial rights may be added to the total price per my discretion.
• Payment must be paid in full before work starts. A refund is available until work has started. Only a partial refund(50%) is available beyond the sketch phase.
• Payment plans can be discussed on orders that total over $300.

PROCESS + DELIVERY

• Upon initial purchase at least 1 visual reference must be provided of the character. A pose reference/inspo is a plus, but not necessary. There is a $25 fee for working from a word-only description.
• Payment must be paid in full before work starts. A refund is available until work has started. Only a partial refund(50%) is available beyond the sketch phase.
After 2nd revision stage approval [lines + flat colors(if applicable)]no refund is available.
• You will receive 3 files. 100% resolution, 50% resolution, and a 25% resolution for posting online. Art must be reposted with credit to @SkyeBlueBandit.

COPYWRIGHT + USEAGE

• I retain the rights to all my artworks.
• Use of my art for NFTs and/or AI art is prohibited.
• Art must be reposted with credit to @SkyeBlueBandit.
• You do NOT have permission to profit from nor make merchandise out of my art unless you also purchase commercial rights.(+75% base price.)
